JSC AB «Bank of China Kazakhstan» according to requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan performs functions of the agent of currency control in case of implementation by clients of currency transactions.

Specialists of the Bank provide the following services:

• Implementation of currency control over compliance of currency transactions of clients of Bank to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to conditions of licenses and permissions, and also behind observance of requirements of currency control regulations.
• Currency control over operations related to the movement of capital, control over obtaining the corresponding account number of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• Registration and registration of an account number for export and import contracts
• Currency control over justification of payment by residents of imported goods, works, services, results of intellectual activities
• Currency control over timeliness and completeness of receipt of revenue from commodity export, works, services, results of intellectual activities
• Currency control of transactions between residents and nonresidents in currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, verification of documents based on which transactions, on compliance to requirements of regulations of National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan .
• Currency control of the transactions connected with obtaining from nonresidents of investments and foreign currency loans.
• Currency control of purchase transactions of foreign currency in the domestic exchange market of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the subsequent control of timely and target use of the purchased means.
• Consultations and helping on filling of the documents provided to the Bank, according to requirements of currency regulations.
